Lone Peak City Offices – Security Update

Lone Peak Public Safety District Security Remodel. Constructed & installed aesthetically pleasing & ballistic rated glass, panels, and doors at the City Offices. $100K value.

U of U Alumni House Staircase

University of Utah Alumni House Stair & Floor Replacement. Replaced engineered wood flooring throughout the building with a luxury vinyl tile plank. Removed & replaced the atrium stair and guardrails, replaced with new stairway wood treads, steel structure & glass guardrail. Replaced the atrium metal guardrail with a glass system. Done in an occupied building. $600K value.

UVU Women’s Volleyball Locker Room

Remodel of the Women’s Volleyball Locker Room in the Lockhart Arena at UVU. Included new wood lockers, new restroom/shower areas, new coaches offices, new trainer room, new lounges, and new referee restroom/lounge. $1M value.
